Johnson Ranch Management is a California non-profit, mutual benefit corporation whose sole purpose is to provide management services to common interest developments.

Located in Roseville, Director Jennifer Richardson, CCAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, and manager Rob Hessing, CCAM are experienced managers with solid reputations among boards of directors, builders and developers, financial providers, legal experts and vendors. Our managers are Certified Community Association Managers (CCAM) via the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and are also Certified Managers of Community Associations (CACM), Association Management Specialists (AMS), and Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) via the Community Association Institute (CAI).

With over 30 years of combined experience in the association management profession, the staff of Johnson Ranch Management believe that they bring a new standard of common interest development management service to the area.  Backed by a licensed certified public accountant firm, the service provided is bound by strict Codes of Ethics as well as other client protections such as full insurance coverage.

Johnson Ranch Management represents both residential and commercial associations of any size that ascribe to manager's principles of strict compliance with the industry's standard of ethics as well as California and   U. S. law.  We only manage clients who embrace or are willing to adhere to the strict principles of current managerial, regulatory or legislative precepts. 

Johnson Ranch Management is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), California North Chapter and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).  We are a hands-on management company whose objective is to effectively guide our clients toward high standards of practice and strong risk management, while developing great neighborhoods and communities.

Johnson Ranch Management was incorporated in 1989 to manage the homeowners associations located within the Johnson Ranch area in Roseville, California.
