Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the second Wednesday of  February, May, and November, and on the 4th Wednesday of September at 5:00 PM in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.  

The current Board members are: Rich Parent, Tad Thompson, and Zac Sweet
 
The Annual General Membership meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday in September at 4:00 PM.   If you wish to run for a position on the Board of Directors, please fill out the Board Member Candidate Nomination Form on the right prior to the deadline listed on the form.

The Annual meeting will not take place due to lack of quorum.  Rescheduled date to be announced soon.
