Regular Board of Directors meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00PM (excluding June and December recess)  in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda. 


The Annual General Membership meeting is held during the month of June at a date and time to be determined by the Board of Directors.

The Board has adopted election rules which eliminate cumulative voting.  Please note that the rules were not adopted in time to be effective for the 2024 election of directors.  Cumulative voting WILL be allowed in the 2024 election as stated in the election rules below (GHO Election Rules 2020).
