Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the third Wednesday of January, April and July in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.  The Board also holds a meeting in September to prepare the annual budget.  Date and time to be announced on this site in advance.

The Annual General Membership meeting is held on the first Tuesday in February at 11:30AM.   If you wish to run for a position on the Board of Directors, please contact Johnson Ranch Management no later than December 4, 2019 in order to have your name placed on the ballot.
